I would like to conduct a survey for possible dates & time for extra practice before the coming wushu competition ( Period of the competition: Mon 21 March - Tue 29 March 2011 ).
Please note that the extra practice will only start after the consent forms have been given out
For the members identified to take part in the competition, please indicate if you are able/ unable to attend the practice if it is to be fixed on the following dates before the competition period:
Option 1: Thursdays, 2.15pm - 3.15pm
Option 2: Saturdays, 9 am - 10 am
Option 3: Tuesdays, 1.45pm - 3pm
Please alos indicate if you are able to turn up if there are extra practice during the March school Holidays:
Daily, from Mon to Fri, 9 am - 10 am

The organiser will confirm at a later date if your registered event is confirmed.
